Eat as many bananas and drink as much skim milk as you'd like with your soup. No other fruit or vegetables. This day is designed to decrease your sugar yearnings. Now you're half way done with the week. That wasn't so hard, was it?

DAY (5)

you can add meat to your diet with either fowl (no skin!) or beef. 10 to 20 ounces of meat and up to six juicy tomatoes with as a minimum one portion of your soup makes for a tasteful day of dining.

DAY (6)

You can consume as much vegetables and beef as you'd like with no less than 1 portion of soup. You can substitute broiled fish for your beef, but not both.

DAY (7)

Eat a little brown rice and drink some unsweetened fruit juice. Consume as much as you want, and make sure you eat soup not less than once.
